This project came to us through a referral following the successful completion of our first Jersey based property, 'Sundown'.

Our scope of work was extensive, covering every aspect of the home to bring it up to modern standards while preserving its classic charm.

We were absolutely thrilled when we first got the opportunity to redesign and remodel the interior of this lovely family home.

As we journeyed together through the different stages of design, our clients saw the passion and dedication we put into our work. They were so impressed that they asked us to step in as the main contractors.

This marked a special milestone for us - our very first 'Design and Build' project overseas! We couldn't have been more excited to take on this new challenge.

We were absolutely delighted when we were given the opportunity to design and build an open-plan 'Family Room' for this beautiful home.

Our task was to create a space that was both functional and inviting, a place where the family could gather and make memories.

We custom-made a bespoke kitchen and lounge seating area, and upgraded the heating, flooring, lighting, and audio-visual systems.

Every detail was carefully considered and crafted with love, resulting in a room that truly feels like the heart of the home.
