The Design-Build Process: Your Journey with Us

Welcome to our design-build process! We understand that embarking on a construction project can be daunting, but we're here to guide you every step of the way. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and focused on delivering the best possible outcome for you.

  • Our journey together begins with an initial consultation.

    This is an opportunity for us to understand your vision, needs, and expectations. We'll discuss your ideas, project's scope, budget, and timeline, and answer any questions you may have.

    Our approach is to first understand and identify all project requirements and tailor the best service possible for your project.

    Following an evaluation of the functional and operational criteria of the project we will provide you with initial concept study to include sketches and layouts and an estimated price range of what your project would cost based on our discussion.

  • Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we move into the design phase.

    Our expert designer will work closely with you to create a design that aligns with your vision and meets your needs whilst also considering any architectural and building constraints.

    We'll present you with a detailed design proposal so you can visualise the end result as well as project costings, financial forecast, building contract & the project programme.

    After the design is finalised, we move into the pre-construction phase. This involves obtaining necessary planning & by-law approvals and finalising the construction schedule.

    We'll keep you informed and involved throughout this process.

  • With all the preparations complete, we begin the construction phase. Our team of skilled builders will bring your design to life, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. We'll provide regular updates and be available to address any concerns you may have.

    Site reviews and work approvals will be conducted in accordance with the building contract and design documentation. Certify payments for works carried out &/or completed. Issue ‘As-built’ & maintenance documentation.

    Once construction is complete, we'll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We stand by our work and will address any issues that may arise. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
